Michaela is not only a badass engineering specialist… She also keeps things running smoothly for our clients and our team. You can rest easy knowing that she has an eye on workflow and deliverable accountability at all times.

I am a 2010 Slippery Rock University graduate, with a bachelor’s in Information System and a minor in Management and Communications. I love my job (well, most of the time – I mean, we all have our moments… but, I really do LOVE MY JOB). Other than our owner, aka Steve, I’ve been here the longest, and boy, have things changed over the years! I started back in 2011, working strictly as an IT tech. Within months, I ended up not only fixing computers but also managing phone systems, security cameras, credit card machines, and basically everything else that is involved in our clients’ networks. Then, the fun started – I have always been an over-the-top, super-organized person, so Steve asked me to start doing some project management for our development department. Basically, I kept things organized and cleaned up data – getting everything ready to be uploaded into the database. In 2014, we moved our office to Boardman, and, long story short, I am now in charge of iSynergy’s G Suite partnership and certifications, project management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, office management, and, on occasion, party/seminar/event planner. All in all, if you need anything as an iSynergy client, I am normally the one who has the answer!
